What to expect:
All you need is a gym or home workout equipment! I'll take care of the rest.
We will work together over an initial call to determine exactly what your goals are, what your program will look like, and where you can fit it into your daily schedule. I'll provide customized videos to you showing you exactly what to do, including personalized exercise cues as needed.
I may ask you to film a few sets of a few exercises here and there in order to assess your form. If interested, you may also take progress pictures of yourself.
Your program will be a living plan that is subject to change based on how things go. We will always refine for continuous improvement!
Pricing: $300/month
No other fees or additional charges. Recommended minimum commitment of 3 months. If this isn't for you, no problem, just let me know.
I charge this rate based on the value, time, and effort I have put into training others and learning. I charge $80/hour for in-person sessions. My training is top tier and you will not receive a cookie cutter template program.
